Domain Sniper — Terms & Conditions
1. About Us Domain Sniper (domainsniper.live) is a domain registration and website service operated by Kynan Lewis. Contact: hello@domainsniper.live
2. Our Services We offer two packages:
- Domain Starter — A$97: We register your chosen domain name and transfer full ownership to you
- Domain + Website — A$497: Domain registration plus a professionally built website, delivered within 7 business days
3. Payment All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email upon purchase.
4. Domain Registration Once payment is confirmed, we register your domain within 24 hours and email you transfer instructions including your EPP authorisation code. You will have full ownership of the domain.
5. Refund Policy
- Domains: Once a domain has been registered on your behalf, we are unable to offer a refund as the registration cost is non-recoverable. If we are unable to register your domain for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Website package: If work has not yet commenced, a full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase. Once work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- To request a refund, email hello@domainsniper.live with your order details.
6. Delivery
- Domain registration: within 24 hours of payment
- Website delivery: within 7 business days of payment
7. Liability Domain Sniper is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Privacy We collect your name and email address to deliver our service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For questions, email hello@domainsniper.live.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
